This path of search and liberation consists of a chain of momentous coincidences and meetings. Acquaintance with Dr. Elena Loboda is a big luck for seekers and also a chance to awake and change. Each participant accepts with gratitude the help and support from five elements constituting the whole world: earth, wind, fire, water and space. All practices are penetrated by light and simple enough to do them at home.

This was my first fasting experience. I was initially attracted by the fact that fasting was combined with techniques working with the energy flows. Thus, the experience was far beyond body cleansing. My expectations were fully met. In addition to the ten pounds that I lost my system has undergone a certain reprogramming. It became clear that to sustain a healthy and vibrant body one needs much less food than generally thought. It is important that such an understanding derived from personal experience goes beyond the immediate effect leading to a longer-term change in eating habits. The practices that Elena teaches are simple to understand and can be practiced on your own. The atmosphere at the workshop is open and friendly. While deeply knowledgeable, Elena is very approachable and sincere in her desire to help participants grow spiritually.

(the expedition to Altay 2011)

I'd like to share some thoughts about a journey to Altai mountains in Southern Siberia, Russia in summer 2011.

My suffering caused by a fear in Central Channel have been heard and Altai became a last puzzle in the system of three channels. Only while being at Altai I understood that Kamchatka, Lake Baikal and Altai were the three channels. One thing is when somebody says this to you (even Elena), but another - if you feel it on your own skin.

Now I can tell that main work on me was done around my heart. Feelings surrounding it were like leaden clouds, but to the end of the trip I felt long forgotten sense of freedom. Now a city beats on these weak spots, but it is not scary anymore because the body remembers.

Once I was struck by feeling of silence during one of the meditations on the Altai. Part of me was puzzled: if this silence is true I am, then who will tell me "go there", "do this"?

Our group was large and it was interesting to watch how pure energy affects each participant and the group as a whole, squeezing everything bad that had accumulated. As much each of us was able to open to it as much cleaner he or she became.

The unexpected part was our visit to a concert of the Altai native songs. The performance was excellent, filled with the pure Altai soul. The concert was held in one breath, causing delight in whole group. This was the culmination, when it became clear that the trip was a success. The group became the One. After each trip traveled with Elena - Kamchatka, Lake Baikal and Altai, at the end always there is a reward, as the crown of the whole trip. It is an event that is being poured throughout the soul as a balm and warms it long after. Thank you to all!

(the expedition to Altay 2011)

The mythology here is alive. It’s not a relic of the past. It’s not an obsolete superstition or a static tradition. It’s a presently evolving and meaningful interpretation of our natural coexistence. As far as I know I’ve never been in a place where the culture was this sincerely alive and this connected with a primal religion inside us. Mount Belucha herself is a legend whose appearance has probably changed over generations of avalanches and rock slides. While the images on her steep slopes may not look the same today as they did a thousand years ago, they still inspire a meaningful and thought-provoking mythos. People in contemporary times admire her and find her relevant and symbolic, just as people did in ancient times. The same could be said of the granite healing stone and temple in Yarlu Valley: a modern monument built of the same raw materials and with the same clear intent as people had in ancient times. From the museum guides in Ust-Koksa to the meteorologist at Ak-kem weather station, I'd met a diverse array of people who'd had a personal and intimate connection to this place, each with a unique perspective, and all with a shared fondness. Some may have considered themselves Orthodox Christians, others Hindu, or Vedic mystics, or Vajrayana Buddhists, or traditional Altai shamanists, or even spiritual agnostics; but where they differed in their practice they converged in their perennial philosophy. This is an axial land where peoples' spirits find harmony - both within themselves and among others.

I cannot call the trip to Altay Mountains in the summer of 2011 an entertainment. Breathtaking views were combined with harsh climatic conditions and physical stress. But the main challenge was meeting with yourself, with who you are, and whom New Age so naively encourages to love. Powerful energy of Belukha as a doctor, saving the patient's life, pulled out from people the Architect of their reality, the King in the head - their ego. And this meeting face to face was very impartial.

The ego of each person seeks and finds the social mask that would stand this person out from the crowd, would make him or her special (at least in his or her own eyes). So everyone got a lesson, depending on their dominant mask. The main lessons, taught by Belukha, were:

- Do not put yourself above others. Each person in your life is a teacher. Do not teach others, but share your knowledge. Be always open to learn from others.

- Do not try to solve global problems. Solve your personal ones first. Only after being completely freed from your problems you will know how to help others.

But apart from the lessons were gifts. For example, I was given the knowledge of the difference between meditation and prayer. Not in words but through sensations in my own body.

I saw how you persevered to confirm the details of this last leg of the journey and I thank you for it. I really appreciate you and your efforts in making the trip smooth. You are so embraced! It was a challenging end (a ride from Tulum to Cancun airport)...and Cancun was just awful with consumeristic greed and pollution. Of course it helped us practice and to appreciate the rest of the trip all the more. It was quite perfect to have this last challenge of airport pickup...

The journey was exceptional in every way. I don't know how it could have been better…

The loving care that Pachamama, this great living being that we reside upon continually bestows upon us, a love without end, unconditional.

I feel her unconditional love and the weight we put on her.

What an adventure now. Pure healing experience! The trees spoke to me, the great elders. Even the rocks are alive.

And I see the madness now, clearly. Surrounding me. The-what-we-call-society' madness. Somehow 'normal life' doesn't seem so normal anymore. You can now see so very clearly the madness all around, fake happiness, unconsciousness, suffering, humanity sleepwalking through life, in separation and anxiety, self destroying themselves and mother earth…

The collective disease of humanity is that people are so engrossed in what happens, so hypnotized by the world of fluctuating forms, so absorbed in the content of their lives, they have forgotten the essence, that which is beyond content, beyond form, beyond thought. They are so consumed by

Doingness, havingness and thinking that they have forgotten their origin, their home, their destiny. Eternity is the living reality of who we are.

We have dis-CONNECTED ourselves! It is time to reconnect.

I can feel the spirit inside my every molecule, reconfigurating myself, reconstructing myself, healing me, bringing me back, to me, bringing me home…

I am adjusting to a new me. A new reality.

Visions came as a knowing, a new understanding. Full download beyond words. Full understanding. Attempting to convey through words which are content – that which is beyond words, beyond content. Impossible! Ahhh….

What you see, hear, feel, touch, or think about is only a very every small part of all of reality. You have no idea. And you have all the wisdom. It is burried inside of you deep beneath your thoughts, concepts, fears, concerns, neediness, your daily routine sleepwalking matrix existence, the rat race, the survival game, the constant striving without ever arriving.

STOP! Pause. Breath. Stillness. Ahhh...... Beingness. Open heart. Relaxing. Coming in...

And I am learning to apply wisdom in 'everyday' life now. Thank you.

I want to thank you for seminars, they helped me a lot during childbirth. First, in the hospital, I did the "nine breaths," because it was scary, I focused on the center channel and the fear disappeared. Then I began to connect with the light of Our Lady and very strong energy came for assistance and support. I even had the desire to pray! During labor the Prayer to Blessed Virgin Mary was spinning in my head... I do not know of any cubbyhole in my memory where it manifested from! I was aware of process of childbirth almost all the time, I remember everything, even my own pain. Surprising. Then she was born, our baby. I told you she had such a clear, thoughtful look. She now looks at everything, as if trying to figure out where she is))), and who we are))) Now her look is a bit clouded and I feel that she is tense sometimes. I try to meditate during breastfeeding and pass a light through myself and hold her in this light, she immediately relaxes. And again the divine light of Our Lady pours on me, even though I do not consider myself a religious person.

Yes, yes, yes. I also have been opening to the practices that Elena shared with us yesterday, and find my spirit at play in effortless attention of a thin infinity of light drawn upon the in-breath through the crown and down the central channel and funneling outward into the [crystal at the] center of the earth, and then up into the infinity on the out-breath.

I also resonate with dissolving clouds in the descending sky, purifying each chakra with pranic energy, manifesting from the subtle to the material. The images of black holes, and stars that grow from sparks in the chakras have also been guiding forces and I notice that decisions are guided with clarity of rich intuition balanced with the fire of rationality today, that my heart is more open to compassion, and that the seeds of that which we have born into the world are already beginning to take to life. From Ghost Ranch Forum, Nov. 9-11, 2013

The Forum at Ghost Ranch was more powerful than anything I imagined beforehand.. The gathered spiritual power granted by the Elders and speakers who gave so generously from their most private traditions was a transforming, living energy that continues to be present since we left New Mexico...

…speaking with Mandahi about “lost” knowledge, he interrupted me to say, “It’s not lost.” He repeated it with a kind smile but with a knowing in his eyes so deep that his inviolable calm, his certainty without fanfare, his primordially rooted knowing changed my life direction; forever...

The presence of Dr. Elena Loboda, with whom I’ve had the privilege of studying a little, was very powerful. Elena, Mandahi and Geraldine connected completely. The knowledge from their traditions—the South and the extreme North, Hyperborea (where the North Pole now sits, of which Elena is a wisdom keeper)—share much content. The blessing Elena offered the group at the final circle Monday afternoon was extremely ancient and powerfully protected by its guardians. Her doing so was a great gift to the work of Forum and to all participants.

Dear Elena -

How joyous to read your words. It means so much to me to hear that the thoughts I wrote and that my newspaper are also in some ways connected to how you share your gifts with others.

I was very moved when I met you and listening to your words, I knew I had come to home. Your journeys, your discoveries felt deeply in my soul so beautiful.

I would like to invite you, if you would like to - to share an essay in my newspaper - something you would like to write about art and the creative soul or maybe something you've already written - or it could even come from your new journeys to Peru and Mongolia.

It has always been my dream to travel to Machu Picchu and such places as these for the longest time. Why have I been drawn to go there so deeply I ponder. Obviously I've have been there and many other lands in many lives over time and space. I wish you safe and fruitful experiences. I recently returned again from the Northwest of America, and feel incredibly drawn to be there.

I wish you beautiful and most fulfilling experiences in your journeys ahead. I wish I could join you and I hope one of these days I will.
